A building dating back to the 1800s always brings its share of challenges. From its structure to the contaminated materials once used for finishing, we had to constantly adapt and find creative solutions. In order to restore this Old Montreal building to its original glory, we used specialized techniques, such as sandblasting. An additional constraint was to execute the restoration without disturbing the operations of the other building occupants. Finally, thanks to the expertise of our team and our partners, we were able to witness the rise of a site of exceptional beauty that will definitely be a sought-after address for a local company!
