This construction management project gave us the opportunity to work with the clients from the very onset of the creative process. We were able to guide them through the purchase offer for this lovely property and work with them to establish a realistic renovation budget in alignment with their business plan. Our challenge was then to turn a century-old residential building into a psychology clinic that meets today’s needs and standards.
