Over the past years, we have completed a number of projects for Manulife Real Estate and its tenants in the Greater Montreal Area. Our current project is unlike any other, not in terms of the workload, but rather the geographical location. VF was mandated to renovate three whole stories of shared bathrooms, which involves 4 to 6 individual bathrooms per storey. What makes this project so complex is that the storeys are located in three separate buildings at the corner of McGill Street and Notre-Dame Street in Old Montreal. Coordinating the various tradespeople involved was a major challenge throughout this project which was unfolded simultaneously at different addresses.
