Skyfold

Leader in the design and manufacture of motorized retractable walls, the company Skyfold uses laminates and adhesives in many of their production processes. Mainly as a means of increasing air quality control and reducing diisocyanate fumes with which employees often work, Skyfold has decided to build an isolated lamination room fitted with an independent venting and extraction system to eliminate any contamination hazards.

Skyfold therefore tasked Les Entreprises Victor et François with designing and building the new lamination room right inside their manufacturing plant. To minimize the impact of the work on the client’s operations, we completed the project in only 8 days.

Also noteworthy—this project has been nominated for the Grand prix d’innovation en santé et sécurité, awarded by the CNESST in support of proactive actions in occupational health and safety.
